Permission to use
You receive a non-exclusive right to install and use the OrynosMusic Realtime Edition on up to three Windows installations connected to your own verified account. Premier is available with a verified account. During the temporary Free phase announced on the website, included Premier and Sun access is available to verified accounts without a paid subscription. Outside that phase, Sun follows the advertised membership entitlement. The account service supplies current access, subject to account restrictions. You retain all rights in your audio and processed output. Commercial music production is permitted.
Membership and connection
The installer does not buy a subscription or charge credits. Paid membership is managed separately on the website under the checkout terms shown there. A signed offline licence lasts up to 24 hours after successful refresh. After expiry, connect again. Without a valid licence the plugin passes delayed original audio through; Sun controls require the current account entitlement supplied by the service, which can include temporary Free access. Revocation and membership changes take effect on refresh or licence expiry.
Software and permitted exceptions
Do not distribute altered binaries as official OrynosMusic releases, share account credentials or bypass account entitlements. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected, including permitted interoperability, observation, testing and backup under applicable law. The MIT-licensed VST® 3 SDK components are governed by their separate notices supplied with the installation.
Preview and audio use
This version is a public preview. Save your DAW project and review the processed output at a safe listening level. Premier and Sun are native DSP streaming editions, not cloud renders of the website engines. Automatic analysis and processing can produce results that require manual adjustment. No specific artistic result or immunity from copying is guaranteed.
Your statutory rights
Mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty rights and liability required by law are not excluded. In particular, liability for intent, gross negligence, harm to life, body or health and mandatory product liability remains unaffected. German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. No exclusive court venue is imposed on consumers.
Privacy and removal
No audio or project data is transmitted. Account and device processing is described in the privacy policy. Use Windows Installed apps to uninstall; removing the plugin does not cancel your subscription. Revoke installations in website Settings. The uninstaller can remove the encrypted local sign-in cache when you explicitly select that option.
