1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of the OrynosMusic platform operated under the brand Tamamologics. By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
OrynosMusic provides browser-based audio processing services including AI mastering, community features, and sample sharing functionality. Features may change, be improved, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
AI transparency. OrynosMusic uses artificial intelligence to analyze and process audio and to generate related content. Content on this platform, including text, video, and audio such as AI-assisted masters, mixes, and previews, may be generated or processed by AI systems. Renders are technical processing results, not a certification, and rights in your uploaded material remain yours as described in Section 4.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share accounts or impersonate others.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of uploaded audio files and content. By uploading content, you grant OrynosMusic a limited license to process, temporarily store, and deliver the processed output.
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to uploaded content.
5. Prohibited Use
- Uploading unlawful, copyrighted (without permission), or harmful material
- Attempting to disrupt platform operation
- Reverse engineering backend systems
6. Voluntary Support
Contributions are voluntary support for development and operation; they are not a purchase of a guaranteed digital service. Supporter recognition is separate from the core audio tools. Any future paid plan will be described with its own clear price and service terms before checkout.
7. Premium Subscriptions
Where Premium checkout is available, the plan page and checkout identify the included feature set, usage limits, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, total price and renewal terms before an order is confirmed. Premium is optional; the Free plan remains available with the functions described on the plan page.
Paddle provides checkout as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. A purchase may therefore also be governed by the Paddle buyer terms presented in checkout. Premium access is granted only after OrynosMusic receives a valid payment or subscription confirmation from Paddle. It continues while the subscription status permits access. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal made available in your account; the effective cancellation date is shown there before confirmation.
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, conformity and warranty rights, are not limited by these Terms. Refund requests and chargebacks are handled through the routes and policies shown by Paddle and applicable law. A voluntary contribution remains separate from a Premium subscription.
Right of withdrawal. Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal for subscriptions concluded on this website. The instructions on withdrawal including the model withdrawal form apply. Withdrawal can also be declared directly through the online withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract here” (Vertrag hier widerrufen), which is permanently available on this website; receipt is confirmed immediately with date and time and by email.
Online cancellation. An ongoing subscription can be ended at any time without logging in through the cancellation function “Cancel contracts here” (Verträge hier kündigen, § 312k BGB) in the footer of every page, in addition to the billing portal in your account. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; receipt is confirmed immediately with date and time and by email.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". No guarantee is made regarding availability, processing results, or uninterrupted access. Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence where legally permitted.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or removed in case of violations.
10. Governing Law
German law applies.
