Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Mehdi Sakkal (Tamamologics · OrynosMusic), Werthmühlenstr. 27, 49477 Ibbenbüren, Germany, email: mehdisa172@gmail.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, or the online withdrawal function on this website, but neither is obligatory. If you use the online withdrawal function, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (processed through our payment provider Paddle), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Digital services provided during the withdrawal period

If you requested that the subscription service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided until you have communicated the withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Ongoing subscriptions

Cancelling instead of withdrawing

The right of withdrawal applies within the first fourteen days after concluding the contract. To end an ongoing subscription later, use “Cancel contracts here” (Verträge hier kündigen). The subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period.
